About Us

GFWC clubs and clubwomen are the heart of not only the Federation, but the communities in which they live and work. By Living the Volunteer Spirit, GFWC clubwomen transform lives each day, not simply with monetary donations, but with hands-on tangible projects that provide immediate impact. With a grassroots approach that often thinks locally but impacts globally, GFWC, its clubs and members remain committed to serving as a force for global good, as it has done since its formation.

You can find the Headquarters in Washington DC. Comprised of almost 3000 local clubs, which are split between 8 regions (we are part of the Mid-Atlantic Region)

The NJ section is split into 8 districts [Highlands, Ramapo, Palisades, Liberty, College, Shore, Southern and Garden] Runnemede is considered the Garden District has 24 Clubs across Camden, Gloucester, Salem and Burlington Counties

General Meetings are held at 6:30 pm on the 4th Tuesday of the Month, in person and zoom.

2 members are assigned as hostesses for the meeting to provide snacks. Sign up sheets for hostesses are passed around at the end of the year banquet.

VP can then assign open spots to any members.
